Refunds

If one of our apps isn't right for you after you've paid, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you'll get your money back in full, with no questions asked. This applies to every Mactoro app.

TradeStage also has a 7-day free trial, so you can try every feature before you buy. OmniNotch has no trial; the 14-day refund is your way to try it.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, or write to support@mactoro.com with the email address you used to buy and the app's name. Refunds are paid back to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

When a refund is issued, the licence for that purchase is cancelled.
