Who we are

Mactoro makes apps for the Mac, currently TradeStage and OmniNotch. In these terms, "we" means Mactoro and "you" means the person or business using our apps.

Trials

Some apps can be tried before you buy. TradeStage has every feature free for 7 days; after that, a licence is needed to keep using it. OmniNotch has no trial.

Your licence

• When you buy an app you get a personal licence for one Mac. You can move it to a new Mac at any time by deactivating the old one.
• A licence is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
• You may not resell, share or publish your licence key, or reverse-engineer an app except where the law allows it.
• The apps and their design remain ours. Buying a licence does not transfer ownership.

Payment

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Their terms of sale apply to the payment itself, including taxes and receipts.

What our apps don't do

• TradeStage arranges windows on your screens. It does not place trades, give financial advice or connect to your broker, and it is not responsible for trading decisions or results.
• OmniNotch shows information from your Mac and from the services named in our privacy policy, such as the weather. We don't guarantee that information is complete or accurate.

No warranty

We work hard to make our apps reliable, but they are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
